In an effort to keep up with a continuing demand for apartments, despite fewer developable sites, Avalon Bay, one of the largest apartment REITS in the country, engaged our services to locate potential redevelopment sites. We organized and implemented a strategy for identifying opportunities through meetings with Planning and Economic Development Agencies throughout Southern California.
