Developed an international market entry strategy for Brown, Vence & Associates, a San Francisco-based solid waste and energy firm. The strategy focused on the IFIs (World Bank, IDB, USTDA, ADB) and concentrated on positioning their unique capabilities into international development projects. Over the course of three years, together, we were successful in securing projects in Mexico, Guyana, Thailand, Mauritius, and Algeria.
